We Make Our Place in this World
Hey there, my name is Willow. I'm a recent 2020 graduate and cat mom of two residing on the rainy west-coast of Canada. I love to read and write, as well as create drawings and paintings, and being outside and close to the ocean are vital to my existence.
I greatly enjoy being outside and among nature. The city is a massive drain on me and I often dream of leaving it and running away to some little town by the water, but sometimes find myself feeling stuck and not knowing where or how to go. I love to travel, and want to share the experiences I come across.
As a person who will pick up a paperback before an eBook every time, writing a blog to share my experiences was a complete shot in the dark. It was something I chose to do without asking, just for me and maybe those few who stumble through and read along.
What I hope to do by writing through my experiences is to one day reflect on this journal of travel, day to day, growth, and whatever else my mindspace comes up with at any given time; To have a place where I can write freely and always be able to come back to. It's about making my place in the world, and one day being able to see how.
